Job Duties
- Lead multi-site operations ensuring consistency, quality, and hospitality across locations
- Develop and coach General Managers building high-performing teams rooted in service and accountability
- Strengthen client partnerships serving as a trusted advisor and delivering solutions to enhance workplace culture
- Drive operational excellence ensuring standards, systems, and processes executed with precision and consistency
- Manage financial performance including budgets, forecasting, labor planning, and cost controls
- Champion food and service quality upholding high culinary and hospitality standards reflecting Sodexo’s commitment to excellence
