The role of District Event Marketing Manager at Leaf Home is pivotal to the company’s marketing and sales strategy. This full-time managerial position involves overseeing a team of Event Marketers dedicated to generating brand awareness and driving sales leads in the assigned district. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, and developing the event marketing team, as well as managing resources, budgets, and scheduling to ensure successful event execution. This manager will source and coordinate participation in various direct-to-consumer events, such as trade shows, home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events, driving the generation of new sales leads and strengthening the company’s local presence.

Collaborating closely with Operations and Installation Managers, the District Event Marketing Manager plays a key role in amplifying Leaf Home’s brand visibility while fostering a cohesive and high-performing team environment. This role requires a dynamic self-starter with excellent communication skills, proven leadership abilities, and experience managing large-scale event marketing initiatives. Ideal candidates bring strong organizational skills, budgeting expertise, and familiarity with current event marketing best practices. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 2+ years in a managerial position
  • Strong recruiting and training skills
  • Experience with large-scale budgeting and planning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with ability to manage and develop others

Job Duties

  • Develop and drive event-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads
  • Identify, schedule, and plan event calendar for team of Event Marketers in the assigned district
  • Manage budgeting and staffing for local events
  • Attend and manage trade shows, home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events
  • Oversee event marketing material and equipment set up and tear down
  • Collaborate with local Operations and Installation Managers to grow brand presence
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop Event Marketers and create accountability through goals and KPIs
  • Develop timelines, organizational plans, and internal communications
  • Track and report event metrics to evaluate performance and ROI
  • Responsible for exceeding sales lead quotas
  • Perform other duties as assigned
