This role presents an opportunity to join Eurest's leadership and professional support team as a District Chef overseeing multiple corporate dining accounts. The position is a salaried annual role with a salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 and eligibility for a 20% performance bonus, reflecting the leadership and responsibility expected in managing culinary operations across several locations. The District Chef will play a pivotal role in mentoring and training a team of chefs, ensuring all culinary functions meet safety and sanitation standards. Job Requirements
- Culinary degree preferred
- minimum of five years of culinary management experience
- at least two years of multi-site culinary management experience
- experience in high volume production and catering
- experience managing cost controls
- ability to oversee multiple corporate dining accounts
- strong leadership and communication skills
