With an impressive portfolio featuring well-known names like Stouffer's, Coffee Mate, Nescafe9, and Starbucks, Nestle9 Professional Solutions caters to a variety of foodservice operators, providing them with top-quality products and tailored operational expertise. The division is dedicated to promoting sustainable culinary practices and advancing healthier foodservice environments, underpinning Nestle9's broader commitment to nutrition, health, and wellness.
The driving force behind Nestle9 Professional Solutions is a team of skilled culinary experts, product developers, and foodservice professionals who collaborate to innovate and deliver customized food and beverage solutions that address the unique needs of their clients. Nestle9 fosters a rich environment for employee development and industry leadership, ensuring that their workforce stays ahead of emerging market trends and consumer preferences.
The Distributor and Broker Account Manager role is a remote field sales position based primarily in the Dallas, Texas area or Chicago, Illinois area, although candidates from Houston, Texas and Detroit, Michigan are also encouraged to apply. This role crucially supports Nestle9 Professional Solutions' sales objectives within the Central US region by managing and expanding relationships with local distribution houses and brokers. The Manager is responsible for driving distributor and broker sales growth while ensuring that contractual agreements and service level agreements are met or exceeded.

They must possess deep financial acumen, expertise in managing complex agreements, and a high level of industry knowledge across segments such as business and industry, college and university, healthcare, lodging, military, travel, retail, and grocery. The position offers an estimated salary range of $115,000 to $140,000 annually, with performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401k with company match and healthcare coverage. Nestle9 prides itself on an inclusive workplace and invites veterans, individuals with disabilities, and diverse applicants to join their team. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
