Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in distribution center or warehouse environment
- Prior experience operating power industrial equipment
- Flexible availability for various shift schedules
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 to 2 years successful experience in distribution center or warehouse environment
- Prior experience operating power industrial equipment like forklifts, electric pallet jacks, reach trucks and stackers
- Availability for various shift schedules
- Ability to understand the demands of a dynamic work setting
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a similar setting
- 3-5 years of warehouse experience in a high-volume distribution or logistics environment
Job Duties
- Lead, direct, and motivate a team of up to 30 direct reports to meet productivity and operational goals
- Monitor and analyze labor costs and daily payroll to ensure compliance with company attendance policies
- Provide coaching to optimize performance, minimize costs, and maximize operational quality
- Oversee work processes and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Manage daily shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing and operational execution
- Collaborate with DC Operations Managers to meet company objectives
- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing company safety standards
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and process improvements
