The position calls for excellent communication skills to foster collaboration and coordination across all levels within the distribution center. The supervisor will lead regular staff meetings, oversee workflow documentation, and utilize multiple reporting tools and summaries to anticipate workload demands and troubleshoot operational issues. A key responsibility is to build and sustain high-performance teams by engaging and inspiring colleagues, while continuously delivering on CVS Health’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Candidates for this position must demonstrate flexibility in working hours, primarily covering the first shift from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with additional shifts and weekend work as operational needs dictate. The role offers a competitive salary range from $43,888 to $102,081 annually, depending on factors such as experience, education, and geography. In addition to base pay, the role is eligible for bonuses, commissions, or short-term incentive programs, reflecting CVS Health’s dedication to rewarding performance and contribution.

Emphasizing career growth and employee welfare, CVS Health provides this role with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
