As a vital part of the healthcare ecosystem, CVS Health focuses on simplifying healthcare for every person, family, and community across the nation, making healthcare services accessible and efficient. The company fosters an inclusive and supportive work environment where employees can grow both personally and professionally, aligning their efforts with a shared mission of improving health outcomes nationally.

CVS Health is currently seeking a Distribution Center Operations Supervisor to join its team in a full-time capacity. The role is critical in managing and directing a large team of non-exempt employees within CVS Health's distribution center operations. This leadership position involves planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and supervising daily activities in an assigned shift and functional area to meet key performance goals and operational metrics. The Distribution Center Operations Supervisor will oversee essential processes such as order selection, replenishment, loading, and shipping of customer orders, ensuring high productivity and quality standards are consistently maintained.

Working primarily during the first shift from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with possible overtime or weekend shifts as business demands, the supervisor is expected to show flexibility and dedication to meet operational needs. Ensuring employees have the necessary equipment, materials, and documentation to complete their tasks effectively is a critical function of this position.

Additionally, the supervisor is tasked with monitoring employee performance to guarantee both quality and quantity expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Leading staff meetings, conducting training seminars, and providing ongoing education help prepare the team to meet productivity standards and operational excellence. The supervisor must be adept at using various reports, summaries, and procedures to project workload demands and resolve any issues that arise during the shift. Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization and the ability to analyze information to make sound business decisions are essential qualities of the ideal candidate.

This role also emphasizes the importance of building high-performance teams and engaging colleagues, supervisors, and peers to foster a collaborative and motivated work environment. The Distribution Center Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth logistics operations that directly impact customer satisfaction and business success.

The expected pay range for this position is $43,888 to $85,068 annually, based on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. The position is eligible for additional incentives including bonuses, commissions, or short-term incentive programs. CVS Health offers a comprehensive benefits package to support physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing, underscoring the company's commitment to its workforce. This package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and additional resources subject to eligibility.

Applicants must hold a verifiable high school diploma or GED and have at least two years of supervisory or managerial experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Preferred qualifications include experience in fast-paced customer order fulfillment, knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, Lean Six Sigma expertise, safety training, and familiarity with ISO standards.
