The Distribution Center Warehouse Associate is a pivotal role within our operations team, responsible for managing inventory and overseeing the daily transfer of HVAC freight and materials. This position requires working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where accuracy, speed, and attention to detail are essential. The primary objective of this role is to procure, pick, process, and dispatch products efficiently to support the needs of customers and vendors. Physical stamina and technical know-how are required to handle equipment and materials safely, including the operation of forklifts and the ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds. The Distribution Center Warehouse Associate will also contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment and assist with inventory counts and daily warehouse upkeep.
