The company is currently seeking a Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) Instructor to join the 480 ISRW at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton, Virginia. The position requires candidates to hold an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance due to the sensitive nature of the work.

As a DCGS Instructor, the individual will play a crucial role in supporting instructional efforts that ensure the 480 ISRW achieves its mission objectives. The instructor will integrate evolving courseware design methodologies and leverage information technologies to remain aligned with the changing concepts of operations for the Distributed Common Ground System. Responsibilities include delivering in-classroom academic instruction, administering tests and performance evaluations, conducting simulations and exercises, and providing hands-on lab instruction. The role demands expertise in sharing knowledge about DCGS products and instructional methods, creating course content and scenarios that enhance operational relevance, and supporting Quality Assurance reviews of courseware.

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and various training assessment tools is essential to provide detailed technical support for Capstone exercises and performance checks. The DCGS Instructor will work in close collaboration with Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AETs) to offer comprehensive training that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application.
