Leidos is currently seeking a Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) Instructor to join the 480th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing (ISRW) at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton, Virginia. This is a full-time position offering a competitive pay range from $65,650 to $118,675 based on experience and qualifications. The role requires an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance and presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to Air Force intelligence training while working closely with mission-critical analytic teams. The DCGS Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom instruction, integrating evolving courseware design methodologies, and ensuring alignment with current operational requirements of the Distributed Common Ground System and its Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AET). This instructor role offers a mission-focused setting where innovation in training and instructional technology is paramount to developing skilled operators who can effectively manage ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance) operations and multi-intelligence processing disciplines.

The instructor will provide detailed academic and hands-on instruction, administer assessments and training status updates, and contribute to scenario and course content development that mirrors operational realities. Essential duties include using Learning Management Systems (LMS), supporting Capstone exercises and performance checks, and performing rigorous quality assurance reviews on courseware. Candidates with background knowledge of DCGS analytic tools such as Thresher, ChatSurfer, ISpy, Snapglass, FADE/MIST, and familiarity with Air Force intelligence processes are highly sought after. Preferred qualifications include Air Force instructor certification, AET experience, instructional systems design proficiency, and expertise in scenario development and exercise planning.
