Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • at least 3 years experience in pharmaceutical or biotech or third-party agency environment
  • ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours if needed
  • strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • basic math and spelling proficiency
  • ability to maintain productivity during repetitive tasks
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • competency in customer service and problem solving
  • familiarity with regulated environments and health sciences
  • ability to work independently and make competent decisions
  • ability to take constructive feedback and adapt
  • ability to travel to office in New Jersey 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday)

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 plus years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or third-party agency environment
  • background in event planning preferred but not required
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service background
  • ability to effectively engage with customers
  • proficiency in Gmail and Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • manage promotional educational programs within proprietary events platform
  • assist customer representatives with budget management ensuring adherence to client business rules
  • coordinate all life cycles of congresses and exhibits from inception to completion
  • communicate daily with customer teams and stakeholders
  • run daily metric reports to ensure timely execution of tasks
  • coordinate with account stakeholders regarding event status and follow-ups
  • ensure efficient and timely processing of payments
  • adhere to performance metrics, standard operation procedures and compliance guidelines
  • maintain current knowledge of relevant regulations such as OIG and PhRMA code
  • uphold confidentiality, sensitive communication, and intellectual property policies
  • manage high volume of meetings while responding promptly to emails and phone calls
