We are currently seeking a full-time Dispatcher to join our team at Our Lady of the Lake Main Campus in Baton Rouge, LA. This position plays a crucial role in coordinating and monitoring Patient Transportation services by efficiently dispatching and managing transportation requests from customers. The role involves providing exemplary customer service, ensuring timely completion of patient transport requests, and serving as a liaison between the Patient Transportation department and other units within the hospital. The Dispatcher must have strong organizational skills and the ability to monitor and direct transport staff to maintain high productivity and service standards. The position operates Monday through Friday with rotating weekends, and hours may vary depending on operational requirements. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory. The pay range for this role is $14.00 to $15.00 per hour, and the position comes with excellent benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
