Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service or dispatch experience preferred
- Willingness to obtain Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement if not already possessed
- Excellent phone demeanor
- Ability to work independently
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, judgment and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to read maps and knowledge of local service area
- Hospitable, customer service-oriented attitude
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Able to pass DOT drug test and physical examination if applicable
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical Degree preferred
- 1 year of customer service, dispatch experience preferred
- Must have or be willing to get Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement
- Excellent phone demeanor and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, Internet software, e-mail, and/or database software preferred
- Basic computer skills are required
- Must be able to read a map and possess knowledge of the service area
- Must be hospitable, guest/customer service oriented, and be willing to serve the needs of passengers
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable
- DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason
Job Duties
- Oversee road service assigned carriers by tracking trip performance measures, route begin on time, performance, incidents, etc.
- Provide customer support by responding to questions and concerns regarding customer trips including no shows, cancellations and missed trips
- Manage emergency situations for vehicle operators, act as liaison between the carrier and emergency services
- Manage daily service by reviewing route performance and proactively responding to situations that impact customer service
- Perform other duties as required
