Strong attention to detail is required to accurately recognize and remember part numbers and line codes to ensure order accuracy. This role demands excellent communication skills, both for interacting with team members and reporting to the Store Manager regarding delivery performance. Basic computer skills are necessary to support inventory management and order tracking systems. The Dispatcher/Order Puller must adhere strictly to safety procedures and guidelines to create a safe working environment.
