Kingsky Aviation is a leading institution in the dynamic and exciting world of aviation training. Dedicated to providing top-tier education and customer service, Kingsky blends a professional environment with a passion for aviation to create a unique experience for students and instructors alike. As a reputable aviation school, Kingsky emphasizes the importance of a responsible and efficient operational team that supports its mission to guide students through their aviation journey with exceptional care and professionalism.
The Dispatcher role at Kingsky Aviation is a crucial position reporting directly to the Scheduling Manager. As the primary point of contact for both students and instructors, the Dispatcher represents the front line of customer service. This role demands a professional and friendly communicator who can manage scheduling, coordinate communications, and ensure all aviation activities comply with the school’s work policies. The Dispatcher will handle scheduling of both flight and ground lessons, matching students to the appropriate training types, and liaising with departments such as Billing, Admissions, and Flight Standards whenever discrepancies arise. Beyond scheduling, the Dispatcher is responsible for operational duties such as maintaining flight documentation including weight and balance records, tracking daily flight activities, and providing support to the scheduling team with student communication.
This full-time position may require working various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, providing flexibility to meet the organization’s needs. As part of the role, the Dispatcher also performs general office responsibilities, including reception, clerical support, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office environment. This ensures a seamless experience for clients and reinforces the company’s commitment to quality service throughout the student and instructor journey. Employees of Kingsky Aviation benefit from comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage after 60 days of employment, as well as access to an employee discount program.
Candidates for this position should possess excellent customer service skills, proficiency in MS Office applications such as Outlook and Excel, and preferably have some knowledge of aviation. Strong communication abilities, administrative skills, and problem-solving capabilities are essential for executing directions accurately and efficiently. Additionally, comfort with using office phones, mobile devices, and communication tools like WhatsApp is key for maintaining smooth interactions internally and externally.
In summary, this role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about aviation and customer service to be part of a vibrant team at Kingsky Aviation, contributing directly to the success and satisfaction of students and instructors. The Dispatcher’s tasks go beyond traditional office duties, requiring attention to detail, adaptability, and a dedication to facilitating a first-class customer experience in the aviation training sector.
