Job Duties
- Clean all prep equipment silverware glassware and dishes according to sanitation requirements
- Keep the dish pit organized and assist kitchen in maintaining clean and organized line and prep areas
- Keep up with dish load during low and high volume hours maintaining adequate levels of clean tableware
- Maintain a sparkling and organized dish room and mop and sanitize kitchen floors and Back of House areas
- Fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
