Chuy's in Little Rock is currently seeking a full-time or part-time Dishwashing Attendant to join its energetic team. This role is crucial in maintaining the hygiene and operational flow of the kitchen and dining areas by ensuring all prep equipment, silverware, glassware, and dishes are cleaned according to strict sanitation guidelines. The Dishwashing Attendant is also responsible for keeping the dish pit and back of house areas organized and sanitized. This includes mopping floors and assisting the kitchen staff in keeping line and prep areas clean and tidy. The role requires a strong work ethic and stamina, as the pace is vital to turning tables and keeping the restaurant running smoothly, especially during busy periods such as weekends and holidays. Job Duties

clean prep equipment silverware glassware and dishes according to sanitation requirements
keep the dish pit organized and assist kitchen staff in maintaining line and prep areas
maintain adequate levels of clean tableware at all times during low and high volume hours
keep the dish room clean and organized and mop and sanitize kitchen floors and back of house areas
fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operation
follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness standards
work efficiently to support timely table turns
