Job Duties
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment including dishwashing machines and hand wash stations
- wash and disinfect kitchenware, knives, and equipment
- receive deliveries and properly store perishables
- rotate stock to maintain freshness
- empty and maintain trash cans and dumpster area
- clean and mop kitchen, store room, and dining areas
- dispose of recyclables and cardboard in appropriate containers
