Job Requirements
- minimum age 18 years or older
- ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- reliable and punctual
- good communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- basic understanding of sanitation and safety standards
- willingness to learn and adapt to workplace procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous dishwashing or kitchen experience helpful but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Job Duties
- wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- restock kitchen and service areas with necessary supplies
- clean and maintain restrooms and other facilities
- assist in maintaining grounds cleanliness and organization
- follow health and safety regulations and guidelines
- support culinary and service team as needed
