The Dishwasher/Utility Team Member role at Yard House is vital to maintaining the smooth operation of the kitchen and service areas. This position is the backbone of the kitchen, responsible for ensuring that clean, sanitized, and well-stocked supplies are always available for the culinary and service teams. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Must be able to follow instructions and work independently when necessary

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen utility roles preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
Capacity to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Ability to stand and perform manual tasks for extended periods

Job Duties

Ensure dishes and kitchen utensils are cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored
Maintain restrooms, facilities, and grounds to meet sanitation and guest expectations
Stock and replenish kitchen and service supplies as needed
Assist culinary and service teams by providing clean tools and equipment promptly
Follow all safety and sanitation protocols strictly
Support team members by performing various utility tasks as needed
