Job Duties
- Support the chef in start-to-finish kitchen set up with consistent execution and dedication to a clean space and equipment
- be a communication channel to kitchen and floor staff to facilitate seamless service while bringing fresh ideas and techniques
- maintain a clean and organized workspace in a fast-paced environment while ensuring equipment and service ware is stocked
- perform general cleaning on the floor and in kitchen prep areas in tandem with staff to maximize efficiency
- assist with any other tasks that help the fast-growing team succeed
