This position focuses on ensuring the daily cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel’s kitchen space, which includes all china, glassware, silverware, and operational supplies. The role is vital to the seamless operation of the hotel’s food and beverage services, which extend to various reception events such as wine and cheese gatherings, milk and cookies receptions, and breakfast setups. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing the kitchen for daily activities, setting up and breaking down receptions and meetings, and ensuring that all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
