We are currently seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our close-knit kitchen team. This full-time position offers an hourly wage of $21.00 and involves working shifts during evenings and weekends. The Dishwasher plays an integral part in the behind-the-scenes operations that make the dining experience remarkable for our guests. Responsibilities include collecting used dishes, plates, and utensils from dining and kitchen areas, efficiently loading and unloading dishwashing machines, and washing delicate or large items by hand when necessary. The role also involves properly storing clean dishes and glassware to ensure they are ready for use during peak hours.
Beyond the essential dishwashing duties, the Dishwasher supports the kitchen by setting up workstations before meal preparation, maintaining stock levels of cleaning supplies such as detergents, and promptly addressing any equipment issues with washing machines to avoid disruptions. Additionally, this role entails regular garbage removal and stringent sanitation of the kitchen area, including floors, to comply with health and safety standards.
We value candidates who are willing to learn and exhibit a strong work ethic, as training is provided for those with limited prior dishwasher experience. The ideal applicant possesses excellent time management skills, pays meticulous attention to sanitation rules, and is capable of following detailed instructions to assist with various tasks as needed. A high school diploma is considered a plus but not mandatory.

Job Duties
- Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
- Load and unload dishwashing machines
- Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate china)
- Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
- Set up workstations before meal prep begins
- Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours
- Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) and place orders when necessary
- Check washing machines operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
- Remove garbage regularly
- Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor
