The role of Dishwasher at Provincial Senior Living presents an opportunity to be an integral part of a community-focused team dedicated to maintaining hygienic and efficient food service operations. This position involves operating dish-washing machinery to clean and sanitize dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment. A Dishwasher at Provincial also plays a vital role in cleaning food service areas, including sweeping, mopping, pressure washing floors, and cleaning the dish machine itself. The position supports production by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health, following rigorous daily and weekly cleaning schedules, and adhering to all safety and loss prevention procedures. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the receiving of food and non-food supplies and maintaining documentation for service standards and regulatory compliance.

Job Duties
- Operates dish-washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Maintains clean, sanitary, clutter free and safe environment in food services areas by sweeping, mopping and pressure washing floors, cleaning and sanitizing dish machine
- Cleans production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor
- Maintains or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards
- Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures
- Records and maintains documentation for the following measures for service standards and regulatory compliance
- Assists in receiving of food and non-food supplies
