This position requires an individual who is dedicated to supporting food service operations by efficiently operating dish-washing machinery, maintaining sanitary conditions, and assisting with food preparation and service. The role plays a critical part in ensuring that the dining experience for residents is smooth, hygienic, and pleasant.\n\nThe Dishwasher/Server will be responsible for managing the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment using proper dish-washing techniques and adhering to safety protocols. Additionally, the role involves maintaining the food service areas by sweeping, mopping, and pressure washing floors, and sanitizing equipment according to daily and weekly schedules. Job Duties

  • Operates dish-washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment
  • maintains clean, sanitary, clutter free and safe environment in food services areas by sweeping, mopping and pressure washing floors, cleaning and sanitizing dish machine
  • cleans production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor
  • maintains or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards
  • follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules
  • practices all safety and loss prevention procedures
  • records and maintains documentation for the following measures for service standards and regulatory compliance
  • assists in receiving of food and non-food supplies
  • prep food for delivery/service
  • serve food to residents
