- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods

Job Duties
- Washing dishes including working with dishwashing machine
- manually washing dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc
- putting clean dishes away in appropriate storage area
- cleaning kitchen, freezer, shelves, storage spills in kitchen
- emptying trash in dish room and kitchen areas at end of each shift
- sweeping and mopping dish room back kitchen
- wiping down stainless steel area
- drying dishes
