The Dishwasher position at Red Robin is an essential role that supports the heart of the kitchen operation. This hourly role offers a competitive base pay ranging from $20.72 to $21.30 per hour, with the full compensation package extending from $19.13 to $23.91 per hour depending on experience and tenure. In addition to hourly wages, employees receive benefits such as a free meal each shift, flexible work schedules, and substantial discounts on Red Robin menu items – 50 percent off for themselves and 25 percent off for their families. Red Robin also offers referral bonuses for recruiting new team members and participates in an employee stock purchase program for eligible employees with at least one year of service and 20 or more hours per week. Comprehensive health insurance options are available including medical, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage for employees aged 18 and up.
