Job Requirements

Open/full time availability
ability to work morning shifts
ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

Basic food handling skills
basic knife work skills
prior experience in dishwashing preferred
ability to work early morning shifts
strong attention to detail
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
good communication skills

Job Duties

Washing dishes
cleaning floors
taking out trash
maintaining dish machine and cleaning dish pit at the end of the shift
setting up for the next shift (chemicals, bins, etc.)
taking on larger cleaning projects during down time (washing speed racks, cleaning walls, etc.)
preparing & restocking cold side of breakfast buffet
assisting line cook with opening
restocking cold market (sandwiches, salads, etc.)
prepping in advance for above tasks
filling out station MEP lists
completing a written prep list once all tasks are completed
