- Previous kitchen, porter, or food service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Set up the food service line prior to meal service
- assist with packaging and preparing meals for service or distribution
- break down and clean the hot line after service
- wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- take out trash, recycling, and cardboard boxes as needed
- stock supplies, food items, and service areas
- clean and maintain kitchen, storage, and service areas
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- assist with other porter or kitchen support duties as assigned
