Job Duties
- Handle all food, storage, and cleaning activities in compliance with health and safety regulations
- maintain sanitation for back-of-house areas including garbage removal, floor cleaning, and cooler/freezer upkeep
- keep dish pit, line, and prep areas organized and clean
- replenish dishes in both front and back-of-house
- communicate clearly with Culinary Manager regarding supplies and equipment needs
- support overall cafe operations through close collaboration with culinary staff
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
