Job Requirements
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position including frequently lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform other physical requirements such as seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including part-time and full-time schedules

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, pots, etc using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and prep kitchen work stations
- Stock cleaning supplies and dishes in their respective areas
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pick up areas
- Support team members and managers with daily cleaning tasks
- Gain exposure to different stations within the kitchen including garde manger, grill, roast, market line, and prep
- Work to support the team during peak and off peak service, pitching in wherever necessary
- Multi-task and move in the kitchen for extended periods
- Help to maintain the 'A' lettergrade by following Department of Health and food safety standards
- Demonstrate professional maturity and uphold anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies
