This role is pivotal in maintaining the seamless operations of the Tonic Bar by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and overall support to the team. As a Dishwasher/Porter, you will be at the heart of the Tonic Bar operations, responsible for maintaining sanitation standards, handling all food storage and cleaning tasks in compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting the entire tonic bar staff. Your duties will include keeping the dish pit and prep areas clean and organized, managing the disposal of garbage, cleaning floors and storage coolers, and replenishing necessary supplies such as dishes and equipment like blenders. The role will also require collaborating effectively with team members and providing excellent customer service when assisting with the preparation of juices, smoothies, tonics, and coffee bar beverages during busy periods. Clear communication with the Tonic Bar Manager regarding supplies and equipment needs ensures smooth workflow and efficiency.
