Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
- understanding of sanitation and health regulations
- ability to communicate effectively with team members
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30lbs
- flexibility to work nights and weekends
Job Duties
- handle food storage and cleaning activities in compliance with health and safety regulations
- maintain sanitation for the back of the house including garbage removal and cleaning floors, coolers, freezers and stock areas
- keep the dish pit, line and prep areas organized and clean
- replenish dishes, blenders and other equipment
- assist other tonic bar clerks and prepare juice, smoothie, tonic and coffee bar drinks while maintaining high productivity and customer service
- provide excellent customer service and address customer needs in timely and effective manner
- communicate clearly with the tonic bar manager on supplies and equipment needs
- perform other duties as assigned by management
