Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years food and beverage experience
- Ability to operate automated dishwashing equipment
- Physical ability to perform demanding kitchen tasks including lifting heavy items
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace
Job Qualifications
- Must have 1 to 2 years food and beverage experience
- Banquet experience is preferred
- Experience working with automated dishwashing equipment is preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand long periods bend lift and carry heavy weights over 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Scrape rinse and load soiled dishes flatware pots and pans onto appropriate dishwasher racks
- Unload clean dishes flatware pots and pans and store in appropriate storage areas
- Empty residue from trash compartment of dishwasher
- Frequently wash food preparation countertops to sanitize
- Turn on/off as prescribed fried food oil recycling equipment
- Drive golf cart to transport dishes flatware pots and pans from productions to the Commissary
