Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils
- operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely
- keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and organized
- remove trash and recycling as needed
- restock clean dishes and kitchen supplies
- assist with basic cleaning throughout the kitchen
- follow food safety and sanitation standards
- perform additional duties as assigned
