Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform cleaning duties and operate dishwashing equipment
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback
- Ability to work as part of a team

- Previous experience in cleaning or dishwashing preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant including dining areas and restrooms
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment thoroughly
- Sanitize kitchen surfaces and workstations regularly
- Dispose of trash and recyclables properly and on schedule
- Assist kitchen staff with organizing supplies and keeping work areas safe
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment
- Support team members by responding promptly to cleaning and sanitation needs
