Job Duties
- clean and sanitize dining and kitchen areas including floors, equipment, and surfaces
- wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools thoroughly
- dispose of trash and recycling properly
- restock kitchen supplies and organize storage areas
- maintain cleanliness of restrooms and employee break areas
- assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
