Job Requirements

Job Duties
- ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized

- ensure the dish area is dry to prevent accidents
- assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks
- follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- report any equipment malfunctions or hazards to management
