Job Requirements

Job Duties
- ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are clean and sanitary
- keep the dish area dry to prevent slips and accidents
- wash, rinse, and sanitize cookware and tableware
- assist the kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness standards
- properly dispose of trash and waste
- maintain organization and cleanliness of the dishwashing station
- follow safety and hygiene protocols
