Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long durations
Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Basic communication skills
Willingness to follow all safety and hygiene guidelines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role preferred
Basic understanding of sanitation and food safety principles

Job Duties

Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
Maintain cleanliness and dryness of the dish area to prevent slips and accidents
Follow health and safety standards at all times
Assist kitchen staff as needed to support food preparation and service
Dispose of waste and maintain orderly kitchen and dishwashing area
Monitor dishwasher machine operation and report any malfunctions
Support team members to help maintain smooth restaurant operations
