Job Duties
- ensure that all dishes, utensils and kitchen tools are cleaned and sanitized properly
- maintain a dry dishwashing area to prevent slips and breakages

- assist kitchen staff when needed to support overall operations
- follow all safety and hygiene standards consistently
- monitor cleaning supplies and report inventory needs
- work cooperatively with team members to maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen
