- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is helpful but not mandatory
- ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- capacity to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical stamina and manual dexterity
- ability to work as part of a team
