- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including dish storage and cleaning supplies
- assist with food preparation and ingredients as needed, ensuring a smooth workflow for kitchen staff
- dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with health and safety regulations
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times
- set and reset tables according to dining room standards and guest preferences
- clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining promptly
- maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors and restrooms
- support the front of house team during busy periods to ensure a positive dining experience for guests
