The Dishwasher/Busser plays a vital role within our restaurant, ensuring that both the kitchen and dining areas are spotless and well-maintained. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting and are committed to supporting smooth restaurant operations. By efficiently washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, and kitchen utensils using industrial dishwashing equipment, you will help maintain our high hygiene standards. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to relocate before starting work in Chattanooga, TN
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to cleanliness and health safety standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in bussing or banquet settings is advantageous but not mandatory

Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors
- Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are ready for service
- Bus tables promptly after guests leave to ensure a clean dining environment for incoming patrons
- Support servers by refilling drinks and delivering food items to tables when necessary
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain recycling practices in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while performing duties
