The Dishwasher/Busser plays a vital role within our restaurant, ensuring that both the kitchen and dining areas are spotless and well-maintained. Job Duties

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors
  • Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are ready for service
  • Bus tables promptly after guests leave to ensure a clean dining environment for incoming patrons
  • Support servers by refilling drinks and delivering food items to tables when necessary
  • Dispose of waste properly and maintain recycling practices in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while performing duties
