Job Duties
- Manages the flow of the dishes used in food preparation and plating for guest
- washes and cleans all food service utensils, plates, glasses and serving ware as well as pots and pans used to prepare food
- assists other kitchen staff with cleaning of work stations and assisting with food prep when needed
- performs other job duties as specified by the Chef, General Manager or Food and Beverage Manager
