Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Must comply with health and safety regulations
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable and punctual
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen support roles a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Job Duties
- Ensure all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitized
- Maintain the kitchen and dishwashing areas organized and free of clutter
- Support the kitchen team by providing clean items on time
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Assist with general cleaning tasks throughout the restaurant as needed
- Learn about other restaurant positions to support team growth
- Set the pace for productivity and teamwork within the restaurant
