Job Description

The role of dishwasher is crucial to maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen. As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for cleaning all prep equipment, silverware, glassware, and dishes according to stringent sanitation requirements. Your duties will extend beyond washing, as you contribute to keeping the dish pit organized and support the kitchen team by assisting in keeping the preparation and line areas clean and orderly. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently under pressure, as the pace at which you perform your tasks directly impacts table turnover and overall customer satisfaction. Job Requirements
