Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Commitment to teamwork and positive attitude
- Capacity to stand and move for up to four hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Willingness to work in hot and damp environments
- Capability to wear protective gear throughout the shift
- Frequent handwashing and compliance with disinfecting procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Basic understanding of safety and hygiene protocols
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Operate dishwashing machinery and handle utensils safely
- Assist with general utility tasks such as waste disposal and stock organization
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring timely availability of clean dishes and equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards
- Handle lifting and moving of supplies as needed
