The Kitchen Team Member role, also known as a Heart of House Team Member, is a critical position responsible for ensuring the efficient and speedy operation of the kitchen during every shift. Team Members in this role are expected to provide dependable and fast service that aligns with the brand’s standards and to contribute to a positive and productive team environment. The individual in this position will take pride in teamwork, multitasking, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen work areas, which ultimately supports the restaurant's overall success. The job requires working quickly and efficiently, keeping up with the pace of the restaurant and working some shifts on weekends and holidays to support operational needs.
