As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for washing and sanitizing all dishware, cookware, and utensils by hand or using commercial dishwashing equipment to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and meets the company’s high standards for cleanliness and presentation. Your role will extend to polishing stainless steel and silverware to hotel presentation standards, maintaining the general cleanliness of the dishwashing area, kitchen floors, walls, vents, and work surfaces. Ensuring a safe kitchen environment is a critical part of your job, so prompt cleanup of spills will be expected. You will also be responsible for emptying, cleaning, and returning trash bins as needed, as well as assisting with deep cleaning and special cleaning projects.
