Job Requirements

Must be reliable and hard-working
able to work well with others
physically able to stand and stoop for long periods
able to lift up to 50 lbs
capable of working in both hot and cold environments
willing to use hands immersed in water constantly
able to move freely throughout the kitchen area
willing to perform additional duties as assigned by Chef, General Manager, or Food and Beverage Manager

Job Qualifications

Must be reliable and hard-working
able to work well with others
previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred but not required
basic understanding of kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
good physical stamina and endurance

Job Duties

Manages the flow of the dishes used in food preparation and plating for guests
washes and cleans all food service utensils, plates, glasses and serving ware as well as pots and pans used to prepare food
assists with cleaning kitchen workstations when needed
helps with food preparation tasks if required
follows instructions from Chef, General Manager, or Food and Beverage Manager
maintains cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
ensures compliance with sanitation and safety standards
