Job Requirements
- Must be reliable and hard-working
- able to work well with others
- physically able to stand and stoop for long periods
- able to lift up to 50 lbs
- capable of working in both hot and cold environments
- willing to use hands immersed in water constantly
- able to move freely throughout the kitchen area
- willing to perform additional duties as assigned by Chef, General Manager, or Food and Beverage Manager
Job Qualifications
- Must be reliable and hard-working
- able to work well with others
- previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred but not required
- basic understanding of kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
- ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- good physical stamina and endurance
Job Duties
- Manages the flow of the dishes used in food preparation and plating for guests
- washes and cleans all food service utensils, plates, glasses and serving ware as well as pots and pans used to prepare food
- assists with cleaning kitchen workstations when needed
- helps with food preparation tasks if required
- follows instructions from Chef, General Manager, or Food and Beverage Manager
- maintains cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- ensures compliance with sanitation and safety standards
